Open Challenge

Reducing noise offshore

DEADLINE: 18 May 2014Challenge promotion image
Noise on all our installations is a challenge we take seriously at Statoil. It's a challenge for the whole industry, that is increasing with changes in well pressure and other characteristics, and also with the complexity of interconnected compressors, pipes and valves. We are constantly working to reduce noise and improve the working environment. To complement this work we now want to engage more companies and individuals, inside and outside our industry, to find new ways of reducing noise impact on personnel and the working environment. Do you have an insight or idea that can help us solve the noise challenge?

Do you have an insight or idea that can be a gamechanger for pressure vessel inspections? Please share it with us.
